All medical services are provided by independent third-party hospitals and doctors.
2. User Responsibilities
You must provide accurate medical information and reports. You are responsible for your own medical decisions, travel documents, insurance, and final payments to hospitals.
3. Cost Estimates
Estimates are indicative only and may change based on actual medical condition, hospital package, currency fluctuation, etc.
4. Payments
Facilitation fees (if any) and hospital deposits are as communicated. Final hospital bills are usually paid directly to the hospital.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orion Care International shall not be liable for any medical complications, outcomes, hospital negligence, travel disruptions, visa rejections, or indirect damages.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the website belongs to us.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
